27p of your daily electricity bill comes to us at National Grid Electricity Distribution.
We provide electricity to 8 million customers within the Midlands, South West England and South Wales, everyone of whom deserve to have an opinion on how their money is spent.
We work hard to engage with as many customers as possible via workshops and events throughout the year, this helps us to ensure that we are making the right decisions for you, our customer.
We adopt the widest possible definition of a 'stakeholder', seeking to engage with anyone that has an interest in, or is impacted by, our operations.
You are therefore a stakeholder and we want to hear from you.

We understand that not everyone can make the events or Workshops that we host throughout the year.
We have created an online Consultation Zone, an area where you will be able to read reports and provide feedback online. You can get your voice heard from the comfort of your own home.
This year, NGED is submitting its RIIO-ED2 Business Plan for the five year period from April 2023 – March 2028. The period aligns with Ofgem’s regulatory price control review period; the second for electricity distribution to be determined using the Revenue=Incentives, Innovation and Outputs framework.
Our Business Plan sets out how we will continue to deliver high standards of safety, reliability and customer service while adapting to the changing environment in which we operate.
